really trying to get back on track here. I did a decent round of youtube yoga today, and I’m about two days in with a squat challenge. If I can get to sleep tonight, I’ll get up tomorrow morning for a run and go to a yoga class afterward. Gonna have to see how it goes though. Blehh mornings.
