losing weight isnt fucking easy.
eating healthy isnt fucking easy.
working out regularly isnt fucking easy.
so if you made the decision to fucking do these things and youve stuck to it, GOOD FOR YOU.
and dont let anyone downplay your achievements, because it sure as hell isnt fucking easy.

really trying to get back on track here. I did a decent round of youtube yoga today, and I’m about two days in with a squat challenge. If I can get to sleep tonight, I’ll get up tomorrow morning for a run and go to a yoga class afterward. Gonna have to see how it goes though. Blehh mornings.
